During freshmen convocation, President Bud Peterson said, " We have the highest percentage of incoming girls this year". I was super duper excited. He followed it by saying "32% girls in the class of 2013". Only at Tech.

I recently had an hour long discussion with my friend in the computer lab about World of Warcraft, during which we went into great detail about each of our characters' gear, our guild memberships, and dungeons we enjoyed the most. He is one of the first string football players. Only at Tech.

The college I transferred to Tech from has me come back every year to talk and try to get more people to come to Tech. I tell people how much I enjoy Tech, how engineering is a great profession, and how it will improve their lives. I feel like a Dementor. Only at -ech.

Today in stats class, my teacher was explaining confidence intervals. He said "a confidence interval is the percent chance that we will catch mu". Some kid in back piped up "just use the master ball". Everyone laughed. Only at Tech.

I was on the trolley today and some guys were talking about how hard it is to meet girls and TBS and the like. At the next stop two really cute girls get on and sit right across from them. The guys stare quietly at the ground for a minute, then start talking about Starcraft 2. Only at Tech.
