While reading the professor's answer to a student's question on T-square, I had to look up a "netlingo" acronym that the professor had used in his response because I had no idea what he was talking about. The professor is in his 50s or 60s. Only at Tech.

The school renamed "Dead Week" to "The Week Preceding Finals Week" to clarify that professors are allowed to assign work. They didn't, however, rename "Hell Week," presumably because there's no better term to clarify that professors are allowed to send students through hell. Only at Tech.
