A friend and I were talking about how our professor basically started obsessing how much he liked a compound he was teaching. From that, I asked, "Who actually has a favorite compound?" Without hesitation, my friend says, "I do, it's thermite." Only at Tech.

I got a phone call from someone one night, and he asked me what I was doing. He didn't hear my response clearly so he said "Did you say you're at a party? It sounds like there are alot of people there", and I clarified the situation with "No, I said I'm at the library." Only at Tech.
