We complain about the ratio while living in a metro area with over 5,000,000 people. Only at Tech.

Yesterday, the PL's held a scavenger hunt competition. Two of the items were a floppy disk and a girl's hair tie. The other team could find a floppy disk, but not a girl's hair tie. Only at Tech.

Today, I saw a girl get off the Red Route Stinger at the student center wearing an Optimus Prime backpack. I am in love. Only at Tech.

In one of my senior classes about computer AI, there was only one girl. The saddest thing about it though is that the girl led most of the discussions about AI. Only at Tech.

I was walking down the street with two other females. A group of guys pass us in a car and yell "Boobs, six of them!"... in a surprised tone. 'Only at Tech.'

I have a friend who is a CS major. He figured out the code for Love Calcualtor (where you can check the compatibility between two people) and now he can tell you how compatibile two people are without the website. Only at Tech

My roommate tells me the other day that a guy offered to buy her a calculator in exchange for a date. Yesterday, there was a knock on the door. I answered and a guy hands me a calculator and tells me it's for my roommate. Forget roses, it's calculators at Tech. Only at Tech.

The guy who attacked a Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) with a samurai sword did it over a girl. Girls are so rare the guys have to go to battle for them, literally. Only at Tech...

I read a NY Times article last night about UNC's 57-43 female-to-male ratio, and how it made the girls have lower standards and the guys virtually able to treat girls as poorly as they want, because the girls are that desperate for a relationship. It took all I had to keep from crying. Only at Tech.
