Today I had my first day of Calc III recitation. Everyone had heard about how our professor had an average GPA of 1.77 and were really afraid of what was to come. Even the TA had no comforting words for us. Only at Tech.

Today in stats class, my teacher was explaining confidence intervals. He said "a confidence interval is the percent chance that we will catch mu". Some kid in back piped up "just use the master ball". Everyone laughed. Only at Tech.

I was kinda sad that I got a 40/60 on one of the recent tests. However, when I received the test back, the professor marked good job on it. The average was that low. Only at Tech.

Yesterday two girls on my hall were studying together for Physics. Neither one of them is taking Physics this semester, or next semster either. Only at Tech.

I recently got a 5 (the highest score) on my AP Calculus BC exam which is supposed to cover college Calculus I and II. It is still highly recommended that I start in Calc I. Only at Tech.

For one homework, the professor commented he really liked one of the artifacts I had created. The following day he pulled up the artifact in lecture and asked me to explain how I'd created it and then praised it in front of the whole class. I still didn't get an A for the homework. Only at Tech

I got a good bye email from a prof saying: "I wish that each of you have a matrix of learning with positive eigenvalues only, and consequently your enthusiasm with DiffEqs will be exponentially growing in the second half [of the semester]." Couldn't stop laughing. Only at Tech
