When I first came to Tech, I heard lots of girls joke that "The odds are good, but the good are odd" when it came to guys. After just a semester I concluded that when it actually comes to the girls at Tech...the odds are bad, and goods are worse. Only at Tech.

A high school friend of mine sent me a quote from her Psychology book, "In experiments, students who experience failure or are made to feel insecure will often restore their self-esteem by disparaging a rival school or person." My response? "To HELL with Georgia." Only at Tech.

All my guy friends get mad at me every time I bring a Gal Pal over and I tell them she is taken and how they know no single girls. I'm convinced they forgot I am a female because I met them 6 months ago and none of them have asked me out. Only at Tech.

My roommate and I were watching an episode of Futurama where it showed the sunken "City of Atlanta". Upon watching, I told my my roommate, "You know? If Atlanta sank, then Tech would sink down also!". He responds to me by saying " Yeah, we would still manage to hold the class though." Only at Tech

We were playing truth or dare, 12 guys and 3 girls. I was dared to take my shirt off. Lifted my shirt halfway and two guys got nosebleeds. Only at Tech.

Late at night (or early in the morning) in the middle of dead week, a kid brought a MASSIVE HD screen TV to the library and hooked it up to his computer. To do a project? No. To play World of Warcraft for several hours? Yes. Only at Tech.

Had a crush on this guy, he like me too, until he found out I cannot do calculus to save my life. We barely talk now. Only At Tech.

Our crew went to Taco Mac after an epic night of snow football. There were 15 people sitting at our table. 12 went to Tech and 2 were girls. Both girls went to GSU. Only at Tech.

I was talking to a guy, trying to get a group of friends together to go to the student center. When I told him to hurry up, he said in reply, "Wild Jigglypuff Flees," and signed off facebook. Only at Tech.

I was watching Harold and Kumar 2 with all my Tech buddies. The part when they jump out of the plane, and "swim" to each other, I scoffed. Suddenly, the movie was pause and an AE major sat there for five minutes and explaned to me why that would work. I don't talk during movies anymore. Only at Tech

The ice breaker conversation for myself (a girl) and a guy I had just met was centered around our common interest in the N64 game, Legend of Zelda. Only at Tech.
