1. Introduction

1. Your use of the services provided by Only at Tech is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Only At, LLC, a limited liability company in the state of Georgia.
2. Unless explicitly stated elsewhere, this agreement will include at minimum the terms set forth in this document.
3. You are bound to this agreement either by (a)checking the "Accept" box during user registration or (b)using the provided services as an unregistered user.
4. You may not use the provided services and may not accept the terms if you are legally prohibited or not of legal age to form a binding contract with Only At, LLC.

2. Provision of Services

1. You acknowledge that due to the evolving nature of the services provided by Only At, LLC, this document may change without notice.
2. Only At, LLC may stop providing these services to you without notice at its sole discretion. Additionally, you may stop using the services at any time.
3. Only At, LLC is not responsible for the legality or decency of user-submitted content on its websites. However, if made aware of highly objectionable content, we will do our best to remove it in a timely manner upon verifying it doesn't pass our quality standards.

3. Rights & Ownership of Content

1. By submitting a story, you give Only At, LLC express permission to reproduce it anywhere - including for use outside the website. This includes, but is not limited to commercial merchandise and promotional campaigns.
2. You have no right to monetary compensation for any of your stories or photos reproduced by Only At, LLC.
3. You maintain ownership of the content of all your contributions to the website, provided your posts do not include previously copyrighted content you cannot claim rights to.
4. Use of this website or its contents for commercial purposes by any third party is prohibited without written permission from Only At, LLC.

4. Using the Services

1. You agree that you will not access any services provided by Only At, LLC in ways other than the interface provided.
2. Unless given express prior permission, you will not reproduce, sell, or copy the services or content of this website.
3. There is no guarantee that every story submitted will be approved by the moderation team. In fact, only about 1 out of 3 stories gets approved and placed on the site.
4. You will not post objectionable content on the website, including but not limited to obscene language and illegal content.
5. Third party applications that access or interact with data on this website is prohibited without prior authorization from Only At, LLC.
