When GT was playing Duke in 2006, the year that they went to the final four (and consequently championship game), one of my then-boyfriend's roommates brought a Physics book that was not part of his curriculum for pleasure reading. He didn't hardly look up from it during the game. Only at Tech.
I would do that. Physics is fun, football is not. That guy was social enough to spend time with his friends during the game, instead of just hiding by himself. If something happened, he could watch the replay, and pretend to be interested. At the end of the game, he could participate in the drinking, or whatever it is you do after games.
Your point doesn't apply, seeing as how the final four actually refers to a basketball tournament and has nothing to do with football. Then again, maybe that makes it apply even more.
I don't get why this was posted... Most people wouldn't hardly look up from a physics book during a game. us GT students, however, would probably hardly look up from a physics book during a game. (I do hope everyone has noticed the difference in meaning now.)
I guess he looked up once or twice. Yeah you're right. I guess the years started to mesh together around then. Lol. Maybe if I looked up from my chemistry book during the game, I would've remembered what year I was in.
This fella had his priorities sorted.
